Christmas shopping finally made fun for men
« on: 13 November, 2019, 12:31:51 »
Got to love the new Mr Pís prize shop! Got the Christmas shopping sorted for the wife and had a brilliant time in the process! - a shiny new iPad, just what she wanted!

Took 2 days in total though I could of done it in a day if I didnít play any non token machines.

Beats going down the high street any day of the week!

Yes, I must admit when I was there last I was going to save them myself and build them up over 3 or 4 trips to get something nice, but like an idiot I put them all back in the machines, so wont be doing that again!!!

It was definitely worth it though and I'm so glad you got what u wanted for the Mrs, I think Dave's and the teams plan is sheer brilliance and I wont go anywhere else anymore, I just refuse point blank and haven't don't for months now.

Why go somewhere else and get ripped off 100's of pounds....A - for a crap time and to go home skint and - B to end up with a poxy keyring or toy that's cost you £50, it doesn't take rocket science does it? LOL

I just wish everyone would stop going in all of these other places now and stop feeding their greed, they'd soon shut down.

Cant beat it.....Mr P's everytime!!!

Determination ;) Hypa viper is a brilliant machine for fast tokens. Every board gives you some tokens via snake bite if you donít reach a win over £3. 20p/£6jp so boards are dead frequent too. Did get lucky on Las Vegas strip think a quid in for £16 worth of tokens and did alright on monopoly £8jp which gave 3 jackpots within a tenner. Got a fair few off Andy Capp 5p/£6 and some others such as gladiators and bullseye though I found them much harder to get token wins from. Shame cops and robbers wasnít working, would of been a nice machine for winning tokens on too.

I made the same mistake as you jackpotjon, managed around £100 worth a few weeks back and ended up putting them all back in after getting absolutely nowhere trying to win some extra tokens on bullseye. Thought it must be blocking token wins if the token tubes were low but it seems to just favour the cash wins. After around £100 through it without any token wins I admitted defeat and put my tokens in it along with Viz and hyper viper. .

Does anyone know if you can cash in your tokens for a credit note so you can build up to a bigger prize?

You can yes. They have a log book behind the cash box to keep track of how many everyones saved/cashed in though a receipt given to the customers would be a nice touch for those like myself with a memory of a fish ;D

Looking forward to winning something else next time.

Thanks David, great idea for the locals or regular visitors who can build up over a couple of visits.

So refreshing to have a fair price prize shop  with great honest value prizes rather than 50 tickets for a sweet like all the ticket places
