I just hate the sounds and game format. However I have agreed to have the originals in but not entirely happy about it! Although those games are ok I must admit

Hi Robbie

Firstly welcome to the forum and secondly apologies that you have not been answered yet !

Ok the mpu6 will need a battery change, very common and it can be done yourself - however once done you may need to update the software, which is easily done by a usb stick and I can send you the software for that machine no problem

The coin mech can be updated by a load of places, but if your happy or would prefer to send the Mpu and mech to somewhere like e service then they will do that for you and give you a warranty etc

I would happily do it myself but we are mega busy!

Your note acceptor will most likely be the one with little switches rather than the nv10usb with a red button - if it is the older nv8/nv10 std version with dip switches then sadly it cannot be updated for the polymer note.

I hope this helps and any further advice I can give please feel free to ask

Mr P

I was lucky really as Richard Cole had been there twice before me so the 80s stuff had gone plus the old JPM games

This for me was a massive find. I won’t play it in the emulator as I don’t want to spoil the experience of waiting for one for all these years

I can’t play what’s on which may sound strange but I just can’t be teased like that. I only enjoy the ones we do own as that way we know we have the actual machine

Has the emulator got the version that goes nuts?

For many many years I have been after a BWB Bar X game but I never knew the game. I was told it was called shop window but that didn’t ring a bell - it was just a bar x style game that I remembered

Well as I picked up the derby I was amazed to see this, and instantly had to get it, it was in my top 5 of wants too, but like bingo belle without knowing the actual name proved almost impossible to locate the machine.

Well here she is, rough of course and like all of our video tech will be going over to LCD for safety reasons as CRT are getting too old for 7 days 10-12 hours a time. The tubes are failing now too so this is the sensible route PLUS enables anyone to change bulbs on the buttons.

Ok so this picture won’t give much away BUT I am soooo excited, these went nuts!

Pic to follow as I cannot upload again!

What great fun this wasn’t getting this beast!! We arrived at the premises (if it can be called that) a travellers yard really. The machine was in a chicken shed amongst all sorts of other mad things including a mummified cat!

Anyway we had to move video games out the way and all other weird things to get to this wonderful machine.

Once we had lifted it out of the shed we had to walk it over broken glass and other junk to the van. The pictures DO NOT do justice!

Note pictures to follow as won’t let me add

I don’t know how but I actually missed this! I get what you say and we still have century 21 in single machine format!

Fruit Machine Chat / Coming soon to Chatham Mr Ps! Twin Pot!
« on: 31 July, 2018, 01:07:52 »
In early stages this one but hope to be completed in my next full day working there, Astra Twin Pot! An exceptional and extremely rare Astra from many moons ago ...

Will be 20p £10 @ 90% for your enjoyment.

This had no base, didn’t run and still has lamp issues which I will rectify this week. The base was a pain as I had to do a lot of ‘engineering ‘ on this one and the spider for the coin diverts has all been messed with so god knows what will happen when I get it all ‘fully running’ more pics to follow but here she is

They are also likely to be compensated like most of the Novomatic stable

Just need Line Up Chris to part with viva Las Vegas six then we have every 20p £6 on our ‘legends’  list apart from the lesser known what’s on and games bond.

Hello - it’s good to be back

The laws remain the same, no complex category D games are allowed in unlicensed premises including all take aways. Train stations have grandfather rights.

They will be removed so enjoy them whilst you can, especially the raiders!

Warm welcome Harold!!

Frog Hop is an iconic game, we have one ourselves!! Also believe it or not we also have a Chinatown, a great clubber, Bell fruit made some greats back then.

China town nudges - get ready for this 2 unlimited !

Peep show featured in The Tonbridge launch alongside sheik yer money. Peep show is a great machine and we will be bringing it back one day

The streak you have had is the £5 version, it saves up for it then goes loopy! The big game used to do the same thing

Never liked the clock ones - always lucky 7 bingo for me!!

Back in the day I actually often favoured the lucky 7 bingos over fruits for a time! There is something about that plastic token shooting down the glass!!

Myself and my cousin used to play these all the time and loved them! I still have many of the old tokens from all those years ago!

Yeah I have been there since they did this! It was fairly smart, a typical no frills experience but ok I guess. They are clearly winding it all down it seems

Lots of good games gone

That used to be brilliant about 15 years ago along there

Two ultimate classics that if you got rid of either you would deeply regret, fantastic machines!

You need to open up that hallway Kev! You know it makes sense!
