Hi Robbie

Firstly welcome to the forum and secondly apologies that you have not been answered yet !

Ok the mpu6 will need a battery change, very common and it can be done yourself - however once done you may need to update the software, which is easily done by a usb stick and I can send you the software for that machine no problem

The coin mech can be updated by a load of places, but if your happy or would prefer to send the Mpu and mech to somewhere like e service then they will do that for you and give you a warranty etc

I would happily do it myself but we are mega busy!

Your note acceptor will most likely be the one with little switches rather than the nv10usb with a red button - if it is the older nv8/nv10 std version with dip switches then sadly it cannot be updated for the polymer note.

I hope this helps and any further advice I can give please feel free to ask

Mr P

Old machines = ongoing issues

But always worth it!!

We have a few electro mechanicals, my fave one we have is beat the dealer. Very advanced for its time and has a whopping 15p jackpot!

Will have it at home one day, need s little work not too much though

Warm welcome mate. I am. It sure if I have a cops manual on file, if I do I will email it for you. All three machines you have are great tbh. Cop the lot had a great trick on the superhold, bully an amazing little game with much more depth than meets the eye and cops is class.

Yes I too can vouch for Paul - he is a good guy

You wait until a few more posts and you unlock the other boards - it's a great forum here! Full of fantastic people

Great comments and Huge welcome to the forum Tim!

Amelia and I put immense work into the arcades and it is certainly very consuming. The 'spare' time at home is working on machines and the 'days off from the arcade' are at the unit or old Gravesend site as we plan to empty that by Christmas - actually forget plan - we have to be out by then!!

With the new place not too far away it's just like a big cooking pot, all the different ingredients being mixed about and trying to keep it all in the pot without it spilling over!

Meeting people like your self and Amandamakes it all worth it and that's why we do it.

Dave and Amelia

Introduce yourself / Re: Hello from the Isle of Wight
« on: 02 October, 2013, 21:08:32 »

I just came back from the Isle of Wight, visiting family!

Played in Arcadia, Ryde. Revolution i streaked, no roll from Italian Job, gutted that Cash Gordon was off, had a good game from Golden Dragon. Crazy Fruits has almost lost its top artwork now lol. Did nuts on Party Time player 3, but loved it all the same lol.

Had a good laugh, although be careful when playing Spiker, the reels are completely shot!

Hi Crazystreak! WELCOME to the forum!

Reel Crazy is one of my favourite machines as a boy. I used to regularly risk my adscene paper round money in them! LOL!

My record nudge bank is 55 nudges and the highest crazy streak I have ever seen was 23.80. This was not me! My best was around 14.

The arcades best so far is around 15, however I do believe it will be beaten soon. Sadly we do not have the photo of that one, only a 10.40 so we have that as the 'official' best.

We are very passionate about what we do, Amelia (Mrs P) is nuts about them too, which is fortunate as I would be screwed otherwise!

What is your BEST crazy streak of all time out of interest?

HUGE Welcome mate!

Yes I still miss Action Note now. I do not know why I let her go. Gutting really. There are around 10 that I regret and she is one of them.

Shame that you can't make the mpu mocka meet, would be good to finally meet you!

Will look at your vids now  :)
