Decent write up Dan.  Just up my neck of woods only 20 minute drive and like ya say lovely brekky normally always get one there,   A nice selection of fruits and nice to have classics close by as many other places they are now basically exstinct.    Apart from down south with daves arcades , just a shame a million miles away.

Sounds like a great day.  Sounds like the arcade is coming on well, will only get busier as the weather warms up. Just a shame such a distance all good either way 👍🏻

Fantastic photos graham.  Looks great.   And after the false start the other week,  this classic venue will now give the Punters proper entertainment nostalgia and the rest.  Without doubt putting the amusement back into AWP

It will be a roaring success  and come the summer I'm sure it be hard to get on a machine,     another few weeks to iron out a few teething problems.   Then I'm sure be bob on 👍🏻,    Good stuff indeed.

They haven't changed the rules have they, fruits used to be lurking all over the place back in the day, and takeaway fruits seemed pretty decent, a Jpm red alert paid for many a night out, was a nice version, grumpy pizza boss tried changing, automatic payout e.t.c. But still won on it, barred me out in the end,the moaning git, couldn't bare to se any more jackpots repeating 😏😀

Nice to see each way nudger mark 2 it's a dead good good machine massive melons 🍉 😛For 2 quid my localish one still has one but has lost its sound.
Nice pananormic overhead view,  no limit nudge was good as well last played that few year back in fleetwood near Blackpool.

I'm quite surprised the ferry hill one is still open looked quite run down a few year back old bingo type place was Certanly a few oldies, didn't think there was one in spennymoor,  was one in shildon a few year back with a 25 vamp it up,   Had a van driving Job few year back, and ended up all over, was always on the sniff out for any locations, classics old arcades, hard work these days

That's sounds absolute **** poor,  have ya been to these places much before like sounds like they were really inviting either way 🤔😑, classic power cut trick, unusual fire alarm one

Yes super this was the place I was on about, seems quite a few of us were there Saturday, absolutley no where near as good and on the same scale as reel fruits, but it's just nice to have some where close to play some classics,  would love to get to Maidstone most weeks, but it's just to far, and money for train, hotel, time of work,so unfortunately for me just a few times a year.

Ah yes I thought it might be this place is it still open, remember few year back I went in it was very quiet, and I'm sure it had for sale sign so be surprised if still open, nothing old in terms of classics, but yeh sure  remember tomb raiders and a few others like crazy fruits, I suppose these are pretty old,  the latter been probably close to 20 year old which is really quite scary 😨😬

I don't think I've come across roxys big dog, like I say all the ones on the front had basically mostly newish stuff the small arcade at the end had some classics like crystal maze stars and Barz. And I remember a strange each way nudger rebuild in a M1 maygay cabinet all gone now mostly now.

Eston quite possibly only 20 minute drive will after se what I'm up to 👍🏻, either way can't beat a good classic now and again,  South Shields was the last good place for classics used to be loads a few year back plus a big arcade that got knocked down quite sad but never mind  :( :-\
