Hi Steve,

Welcome to the forum, and thanks for making the effort to introduce yourself (you'd be surprised how many people join but never say Hi)

We've been online over 5 years so have gathered quiet a lot of Topics and posts in that time.

Were a friendly bunch, and just last month had a Forum Meet down at the Reelfruits arcade in maidstone, if you get the chance to visit its highly recomended

Al

thx chris ye i hope this is the start of somethin special.
i would say MPU 3 is my era ,,, you could get a pint of Ansells for i think 60p
i can tell a really good story , maybe if i get more replys lol.
The 2 machines that got me hooked was Barcrest Line up or could have been chances unlimited (not sure)
and rock pile by PCP.
both were 3.00 jackpot and it was in 10p tokens.
When u got the jackpot everyone knew, and at the time 3 quid went a long way.
Also i could get drinks with the tokens.

Defo a great era for the token fest lol😁
And for the amusement factor as well
Although Chances Unlimited was tight
Most of the time!
The mpu3s featured at Reelfruits for
quite a long time and had their own
Fan base albeit on a small scale.
And there are plenty of topics on here
regarding these, but sadly they were
more talked about than played and
we're eventually removed or swapped
around.
Big Shot is our current resident and
Happily she has been a big success
In the arcade.
The unfortunate thing is most people
who visit Reelfruits are either too young to
Remember, or don't have a clue how to play them!
Would love to hear of your past experiences on
machines on here,Good or bad....
As this is the best place to start😁
I grew up with Line Up and Each way Shuffle etc
Never a dull moment back then😁
